Drew Barrymore Still 'Euphoric' After Giving Birth Last Month

Drew Barrymore says she's been "euphoric" since giving birth.

It's been less than a month since Drew Barrymore gave birth to her daughter Frankie with husband Will Kopelman and the actress says she still feels "euphoric" as she enjoys being a second-time mom.

"I really am in a euphoric state, everything is just really blissful," the 39-year-old Drew recently told ET's Brooke Anderson while promoting her new romantic comedy Blended with co-star Adam Sandler.

"You know how you can walk around feeling like you're a human being without skin and everything is just so sensitive -- but that can be very emotional and raw -- I feel it in a positive way right now. Like everything is really just euphoric."

When Brooke pointed out how impressed she was that Drew was back to work so soon after the birth, Adam even joked, "Drew had the baby this morning!" She responded, "Here I am. I feel great, I really do."

Blended -- hitting theaters May 23 -- tells the story of a couple who goes on a blind date but finds themselves stuck together at a resort for families, where their attraction gradually grows as their respective kids benefit from the burgeoning relationship. The movie also stars Kevin Nealon, Terry Crews, Bella Thorne and Joel McHale.

Watch the video to also hear Adam talk about his own wife's pregnancy experiences and his preferred timetable for returning to sexual activity after she gives birth.
