Singer Aaron Carter took to his Twitter account to reveal how he's transforming his mind and body.

Aaron tweeted a photo of himself flexing shirtless with a tweet that read: "I've been at Johnny Wright's compound working on my mind, music, and body for a new album release!"

Blogger Perez Hilton saw the pic and tweeted back: "Eat some more protein, though! xoxo."

Aaron responded with another shirtless photo, writing: "Does THIS qualify? As in more protein? Lol > pic right now!" Perez tweeted back: "No, but that's a great #Manhunt profile photo! Ha xoxo."

Aaron is the younger brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter and danced with Karina Smirnoff in season nine of "Dancing with the Stars."
