Avril Lavigne's Divorce Finalized

November 17, 2010A little more than a year after filing for divorce, Avril Lavigne is now officially a single woman.
According to court papers obtained by ET, Lavigne and her ex, Deryck Whibley, were officially divorced on November 16.
The couple married in 2006, and separated in September of 2009. The pair had a pre-nup, and each party was able to keep certain items that were classified as separate assets and debts.
