Britney Spears kicked off her highly-anticipated Femme Fatale Tour last night in Sacramento, Ca, and 30 minutes before the show, an excited, fit, and in-costume Spears tweeted the following backstage picture of herself.

The photo features a smiling Spears as she embraces boyfriend Jason Trawick in what appears to be Britney's dressing room.

She followed up the tweet hours later with the message: "Can't sleep. WAY too much Adrenaline right now. Sacramento was on fire tonight. You ready San Jose? Cause I am!!!! -Britney."
