It's been nearly two weeks since singer Amy Winehouse passed, but the Grammy-winner's spirit is still being remembered by fans and fellow artists.
During an extended encore following a Los Angeles concert for the Grammy Foundation's Grammy in the Schools program and "Jimmy Kimmel Live!", Coldplay broke into an emotional rendition of Winehouse's hit "Rehab."
It is likely the performance was delivered with great significance as the number preceded "Fix You," which Chris Martin originally wrote for wife Gwyneth Paltrow following her father's devastating death in 2002.
