"That first night in Panama for me was a bit nerve-racking," reveals J.Lo of her return to the concert arena in South America prior to kicking off her big world tour in Canada on July 14. So, how exactly does Lopez deal with the stress?

The 42-year-old performer just embarked on her first headliner this weekend with none other than her sexy and talented pal, Enrique Iglesias, rounding out the superstar tour with Latin duo Wisin Y Yandel. Despite freeing up a large chunk of time by parting ways with American Idol, the mom of two says juggling her ultra-busy life is a daily struggle but she's developed a strategy to satisfy the high-achiever within while still having a good time on tour.

"I had to remind myself, as much work as it is, and as much as I want to do well, everybody there wants to do their best and be successful," she explains. "At the end of the day those people are there to have fun. You have fun, they have fun. Then it's a successful night, and so that's what we do."
