Beyonce Debuts 'I Was Here' Music Video

Sunday, August 19 marks World Humanitarian Day-- an occasion singer Beyonce has lent her superstar status to in an effort to encourage humanitarian work and inspire people around the world to make a difference.

Honoring the victims of 2003's devastating bombing in Baghdad, the singer recently teamed up with the United Nations and advertising agency Droga5 to release a live performance of the single I Am Here (to promote the "I Am Here" campaign) taped live at the U.N. General Assembly on August 10. The video has been donated by Beyoncé and songwriter Diane Warren to the cause.
"World Humanitarian Day is an opportunity for all of us to work together to make a difference," said Beyonce. "This is our time to leave our mark on the world and show that we were here and we care."
