Joss Stone's One World Message

One Young World, a London-based charity that gathers together young people from around the world in hopes of inspiring them to create positive change in the community, held its annual Summit in Pittsburgh, PA this weekend and among the myriad of stars to lend their wattage to the gathering was singer Joss Stone.
To date, almost four million people have been directly impacted by the work of One Young World and Joss was so moved by their efforts, she wanted to express her gratitude through song.
