Since being commissioned by Entertainment Tonight's Executive Producer Linda Bell Blue to remix the show's 32-year-old theme song, will.i.am has been focused on "translating that melody to the 21st century."
The Black Eyed Peas member is determined to "crack the code" of the original tune to bring it to the next level. He promises to keep the theme true to the "brand" that has been established for decades.
ET will proudly give viewers a world premiere listen on Thursday.
