Following in the footsteps of such legendary headliners as Martina McBride, Faith Hill, Mariah Carey and Rod Stewart, Rascall Flatts will be joined by Phillip Phillips, Matchbox Twenty, Rachel Crow, Melissa Etheridge and more in sharing touching stories about adoption in order to raise awareness about this important social issue.

The issue is particularly important to Rachel Crow as The X Factor alum was not only adopted, but will see her family honored on this year's show.

The 14th annual A Home For The Holidays with Rascal Flatts, put on by The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and the Children's Action Network, premieres December 19 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
