Can you imagine anyone else singing Rock Your Body except for Justin Timberlake?! Well, according to Billboard, the Justified singer wasn't the first choice to perform the song. Super music producers The Neptunes had sent the track to the late Michael Jackson first, but he passed on the song along with a number of other hits on J.T.'s first solo record.
This instance isn't the only time a singer has passed up on a pop song that later become a chart topper. From Britney Spears to Kelly Clarkson, see what other familiar tracks were meant for someone else.
