Justin Timberlake got the Obamas on their feet and singing along during his performance as part of the White House's celebration of Memphis soul music on Tuesday night, April 9. Performing the classic (Sittin' On) The Dockof the Bay, Mr. J.T. encouraged the first family to help him along during the song, saying and gesturing before the chorus hit, "Mr. President, everybody, come on!"

Without hesitation, the Obamas immediately burst into song! "Let's face it, who does not love this music?" the Commander-In-Chief opened the musical event on Tuesday (via The Associated Press). "These songs get us on the dance floor. They get stuck in our heads. We go back over them again and again. And they've played an important part in our history."
