Rapper Lil Wayne gave an update on his health condition and revealed that he had no recollection of recent seizures that put him in the hospital.

During an appearance on MTV's RapFix, the 30-year-old performer explained that the seizures happened in his sleep with no warning. "So everybody knows, I don't know that it happens," he told host Sway Calloway, adding that he's has to believe what other people tell him about the medical episodes. "I go to sleep and wake up in the hospital. I don't feel anything."

Lil Wayne added that he "doesn't feel sick" and is currently feeling "100 percent" after recovering from his last seizure on April 30. "I just hope it stops happening," he said.

During a previous episode in March, the Grammy Award winner's hospitalization caused an uproar of online reports stating that he was near death. Lil Wayne eventually shot down the rumors himself by addressing his fans via Twitter. "I'm good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love," he wrote.
