Kelly Clarkson has gone country and is about to head down the aisle, so it's seems like perfect timing to release her wedding-centric song Tie It Up.

The American Idol alum, 31, first shared the tune with her fans at the 2013 CMA Music Festival on June 8, 2013 in Nashville, TN, but a new recording has now hit the web that shows just how intimate these lyrics can get.

One line reads: "First date first kiss/We were checkin' off the list/Then you were gettin' down on your knee."

This Texas girl's country connections run deep! Clarkson is set to wed Reba McEntire's stepson Brandon Blackstock, with country crooner Blake Shelton officiating the wedding.

She's also asking for wedding photos from her fans to include in her official Tie It Up lyric video. Clarkson tweeted: "Want to be part of the lyric video for #TieItUp? Tweet your fun wedding photos with #TieItUpVideo and I'll pick my favorites!"
