Serena Ryder is an accomplished singer-songwriter with two certified Gold albums under her belt and gearing up for her latest release, Harmony. The Canadian singer-songwriter is already poised to break new ground following the success of her infectious lead single Stompa.

"Stompa was the first song I ended up writing for [Harmony] and it laid the groundwork for the entire record," Serena explains.

Born in Toronto, Canada, Serena began singing at the tender age of 2 and sites a laundry list of female artists as major influences. Among them are Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Linda Ronstadt and Bette Midler.
