Avril & Chad Talk 'Let Me Go' Collaboration
ET Canada sat down with newlyweds Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger on the set of their Let Me Go music video, getting the couple to dish on their collaboration and their new life together.
"The saying is true: Happy wife, happy life," Chad said with a laugh. "I think every man learns that quick."

Fresh off their July 1 nuptials, the couple was working together on the set of the Let Me Go music video. The 38-year-old Nickelback frontman assisted his bride, 29, on the duet, which is featured on the album, Avril Lavigne, in stores November 5.
Avril described working on the video as "super last minute."
"A few days ago we all just decided [to have] Let Me Go be the next single," she said. "I was really happy about it because it's a ballad and we're coming up on the holidays and it's our song that we did together. It's also the first song that we wrote together."
