Britney Spears on Her Sexiest Music Video Yet

If you think the final version of Britney Spears' Work B**ch video is sexy, you should've seen the original. The uncut version was so racy that it was initially banned in the U.K. Now, the pop diva takes us behind the scenes of the sexy shoot.

While a reported orgy scene was left on the editing floor, what remains in the video is still enough to make a grown man blush: whips, chains, dominatrix costumes and Britney's signature sultry moves.

"I feel like it's therapy for me," Britney said when asked how she balances her sexy stage persona with being a mom. "I just exert all my nervous energy and everything I'm going through into that performance."

But it's not all fun and games. Executive producer will.i.am raved about Britney's work ethic, saying, "She's like, 'I'm coming in at 2, I gotta leave at 6. Let's do three songs.' And guess what happens, three songs get done."

Britney's eighth studio album, Britney Jean, is out now, while her TV special I Am Britney Jean premieres Sunday, December 22 on E!.
