Stars Weigh-In on Miley's Polarizing Year
Miley Cyrus was one of 2013's most searched people amongst Bing users thanks to a couple of controversial performances, but her antics may have gained her just as many fans as detractors.
The panel of The View seemed to offer an accurate reflection of America's views on the 21-year-old singer's Wrecking Ball video.
"This is disgusting -- absolutely disgusting," Sherri Shepherd said of the sexy 3-minute video.
"Sex sells, so I think she's alright," Jenny McCarthy argued.
Meanwhile, Miley's dad Billy Ray Cyrus has remained supportive, telling ET, "It wouldn't have mattered if Miley would have worn jeans and a flannel shirt ... a tux ... or a nun's habit. The song's a smash ... and her performance vocally on the tune reflects her roots and sheer God given talent."
