Margulies Reveals She's a Max Raabe 'Groupie'

Julianna Margulies threw a bash for Raabe after his Carnegie Hall Performance.

German singer Max Raabe, along with his band, the Palast Orchester, has been hugely popular across the globe, and during his tour of the states he's been selling out massive venues with his unique style of retro big-band music.

Along the way, he's attracted quite a following among Hollywood celebs. One of his biggest fans just may be The Good Wife's Julianna Margulies, who threw a party for Raabe after his Monday performance in the legendary Carnegie Hall in New York.

Margulies and Raabe sat down with ET, and the actress opened up about how she first fell in love with Raabe's music.

"Six years ago, he was playing at Carnegie Hall, and my husband got the last two tickets way, way, way at the top," the 47-year-old CBS star recalled. "I was eight months pregnant and I said, 'This better be good,' because I was climbing the stairs. And we fell in love, with all of it."

After her first encounter with Raabe and the Palast Orchester, Margulies and her husband couldn't get enough.

"We started trolling the internet to find out where he was playing," Margulies admitted. "We followed him… we've seen him in New York at least four times. We went to Chicago and Berlin."

"I guess you could call us groupies, which is a little embarrassing," she added, laughing.
