Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, alt-pop rock group Strange Talk is riding a wave of critical acclaim and indie cred as they release their debut album Cast Away on April 29.
To give prospective fans a taste of their celebrated sound, Stephen Docker, Gerard Sidhu, Travis Constable, and Gillan Gregory of Strange Talk sat down with ET, and performed the single Climbing Walls off their new album.
The band has raking in the praise and acclaim as they've played shows all across the country. They were No.1 on the Billboard Uncharted rankings, Billboard's list of undiscovered talents, and the Huffington Post included them in their article 30 SXSW Acts About to Break after Strange Talk rocked the music fest earlier this year.
Their song Morning Sun was also featured in the recent Zac Efron rom com That Awkward Moment, as well as on the film's soundtrack.
Strange Talk's debut album Cast Away is available for purchase Tuesday, April 29.
