Miley Cyrus addresses the drug rumors surrounding her hospitalization head-on.

Miley Cyrus held a press conference at the 02 arena in London Tuesday ahead of the restart of her Bangerz tour, where she addressed the drug rumors surrounding her since she was forced to postpone her tour in April due to what she says was a severe allergic reaction she had to medication.

"I didn't have a drug overdose," she said point-blank, via People. "I took some sh**ty antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection and I had a reaction."

Cyrus shared that she "kind of took the natural route" in getting better.

"I'm probably the only one on this tour who doesn't drink or smoke before a show, as I take this really seriously," the 21-year-old singer said. "I'm the poster child for good health."

She credited vitamins, yoga and honey with getting well again.

"I'm on this crazy vitamin rush and crazy honey and lavender," she revealed. "I learned a lot about taking care of yourself."

Miley officially resumed her Bangerz tour with a show Tuesday in London. In a previous interview with Ryan Seacrest, she said that not getting to go on tour was clearly the worst part of being hospitalized.
