Ready for the weekend?

We would never condone slacking on the job (OK, maybe just a little), but you've worked hard this week! (And so have we.) It's time to relax with some brand new tunes for your iPod. Luckily for you, there were plenty of new music offerings over the last five days including brand spankin' new singles from Usher, OneRepublic and more. Now, get to updating your playlists.

Usher feat. Nicki Minaj: "She Came to Give It to You"

Well, looks like we know what Usher is bringing to the VMAs stage next month – and we’re into it. The funky single features Nicki Minaj and was produced by Pharrell (no seriously, what hasn’t he produced lately?) Now this is the way to unwind…

Fifth Harmony: "BO$$"

Get it, girls! The X Factor alumnae unveiled a sexy new video with their new single, "BO$$," name dropping Michelle Obama and… Kim Kardashian? "You're talkin' to a lady/I want a Kanye-ye/Not a Ray-J." Filled with pop culture references and catchy snaps, we challenge you not to dance along. If you're so inclined to tweet, there's a hashtag for that: #IMABOSS.

OneRepublic: "Ordinary Human"

Ryan Tedder and co. have revealed the first offering from The Giver soundtrack, set to a montage of clips from the film (Hey, look! Taylor Swift!). "The Giver is a favorite book of ours and we're all incredibly thrilled to see it brought to the big screen," Tedder said in an announcement. "It's a huge honor to contribute our music to a movie that's not only an amazing story, but also has a cast of actors that we admire so much, like Jeff Bridges and Meryl Streep. We hope our fans are just as excited about it as we are." The song kicks off appropriately ominously while growing towards big drum beats and Tedder's signature falsetto.

Mary Lambert: "Secrets"

Are we the only ones loving this girl power them in music lately? First there was Colbie Caillat's empowering "Try" video, then there was John Legend's socially conscious "You and I" video (featuring Orange Is the New Black's Laverne Cox). Finally, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' "Same Love" collaborator released the lyric video for her latest single, "Secrets." "I felt like there were a lot of songs coming out about self-empowerment and challenging beauty standards, and I wanted to write a song along those same lines, but in my voice," Lambert said in a press release. "It's easy to paint a pretty picture and tell everyone to love themselves, but it's way more complicated than that. There is so much shame and guilt in our society, and I think it has deprived a lot of people from living fully. We're all facing battles. We've all had someone who has hurt us. So let's talk about it. I believe vulnerability is what will save the world. I wanted to point the lens at myself in hopes of inspiring others to do the same. In short, this song is my dirty laundry, and that's actually really freeing." The song will be featured on Lambert's debut album, Heart on My Sleeve, out in October.

Florida Georgia Line: "Dirt"

FGL's much-hyped new single "Dirt" is decidedly more country than some of their previously pop-friendly party tracks. The ballad is still remarkably catchy and hits you right in the gut. Hours after it was released on Tuesday, the track skyrocketed to No. 1 of the iTunes all genre singles chart and has held court at the top all week long. The duo even gave ET an exclusive peek behind-the-scenes of their Nigel Dick-directed music video -- watch below.
