The UK pop star said Miley is "meant to be up there doing that."
In August, Sheezus singer Lily Allen is joining Miley Cyrus as an opening act on Miley's Bangerz tour, and as Allen told Billboard earlier this week, she couldn't be more excited to join the pop megastar and her explosive stage performance.
"[Miley is] incredible, and she has such a presence," Allen said. "Her personality is what shines through… I don't know her very well, but I feel proud of her."

Miley's Bangerz tour has been blowing people's minds since it kicked off in Vancouver, Canada on February 14. With a score of outrageous costumes, massive set pieces and impressively controversial routines, Bangerz has received rave reviews all across the board.
Allen took a five-year hiatus from making music before releasing her third studio album Sheezus in May. Now she will be opening up for Miley on seven different show dates, and the singer gushed about Miley's showmanship.

"I saw it at the O2 in London [in May], and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's one of the best shows that I've seen in years. It's up there with an Oasis show or the Stone Roses or something," Allen told Billboard. "It's kind of incredible to watch -- she's a real force. There's no two ways about it, she's meant to be up there doing that."
Allen will be joining Miley's tour on the following dates:

August 2 - Philadelphia, Pa. (Wells Fargo Center)
August 4 - Pittsburgh, Pa. (CONSOL Energy Center)

August 9 - Louisville, Ky. (KFC Yum! Center)
