Surprise, Swifties!

Taylor Swift made an appearance at BBC Radio 1's "Live Lounge" Thursday, when the always generous singer gifted her fans with this piano version of Australian singer-songwriter Vance Joy's breakout hit "Riptide."

The slowed-down version of the already-lovely radio hit is unsurprisingly solid, and Taylor is clearly a big personal fan of the song, given this emotional rendition.

... Something tells us the soulful tune is about to take off even more!

But it's worth noting that Taylor's own super-catchy single "Shake It Off" is also becoming quite the popular song to cover, with even "All About That Bass" singer Meghan Trainor getting in on the fun.

Dare we say it's the new "Call Me Maybe?"
