Everyone knows that Taylor Swiftis a cat lady. Blah. Blah. Blah.

But everyone did not know that Taylor Swift was hiding this gem of a fashion statement in her closet.

PICS: A Taylor Swift 'Hair-Story'

In a photo posted to her Instagram account on Tuesday, Swift revealed her go-to travel wardrobe – and it's amazing.

This is a good example of what I typically wear on planes, in front of lots of other people who all have eyes.

"This is a good example of what I typically wear on planes, in front of lots of other people who have eyes," she joked, donning a cat-covered bathrobe (hood up, natch).

That cozy garment is no doubt getting plenty of use these days, as Swift has been traveling the globe to promote her upcoming album 1989. Earlier this month, Swift also shared this silly snap en route to the airport with her glasses on and coffee in hand.

On the way to the airport at 7am, bright eyed and ready to take on the next adventure! .......nope.

But back to the cat robe.

This is hardly the first time Swift has opted for feline fashion. Earlier this year, Swift was spotted wearing a Great Gatsby-inspired "The Great Catsby" sweatshirt by Wildfox Couture. And long before Ariana Grande was making cat ears cool, Taylor rocked them in her "22" music video. In fact, said cat ears are even available for purchase on Taylor's official website.

And that barely scratches the surface. Taylor has been spotted in cat shoes, shirts, skirts – the whole nine yards – over the years, and we love it.

Now, back to that cat robe.

We can think of a few friends who would be dying to get their paws on that item. So, Taylor, throw out a fashion credit? Please? Who knows, maybe newly-minted style icon Amal Clooneyeven has a version stashed away in her closet.

UPDATE: ETonline has learned that the robe was actually a custom-made gift from Diet Coke. The thematically appropriate gift  was given to Taylor as a surprise during her recent TV commercial shoot for the brand. So if you want a cat robe of your own, you're gonna have to find a seamstress for that.
