The ball is in new mom Christina Aguilera's court! The NBA announced Tuesday that the GRAMMY winner will kick off the 64th NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, Feb. 15 at Madison Square Garden.
Aguilera's highly anticipated performance will take place during the Entertainment Series, presented by JBL, and will also feature The Rockettes, who will showcase their iconic leg kicks and a mixture of modern dance and classic ballet choreography.
The 34-year-old mentor of The Voice will be warming up the crowd for her pop-star peer Ariana Grande, who is set to headline the All-Star Game's halftime show. The big event will air live at 8 p.m. ET on TNT.
This will be one of Xtina's first big performances since giving birth this past August. The "Dirrty" singer and her fiance Matt Rutler welcomed their baby girl Summer Rain on Aug. 16.
While Aguilera and Grande gear up for the NBA All-Star Game, Katy Perry is preparing to perform at this year's Super Bowl XLIX halftime show. See why the pop star told ET that fans shouldn't expect a Beyonce-like performance.
