Rihanna offered fans a look behind the scenes Friday, releasing a sneak peek from her video for "FourFiveSeconds," the first single from her upcoming album, which features Kanye West and Paul McCartney.
In the video, the singer and West don full denim outfits to sing in front of an all-white stage with McCartney. Rihanna also reveals to fans that Kanye helped style the video.
"Kanye came up with the idea of doing some real street denim, All-American type look," the singer says, revealing that the jacket she wears in the video is the rapper’s own "Sean John throwback."
The as-yet-untitled upcoming album will be the 26-year-old singer's eighth studio album, and her first since leaving Def Jam to sign fully with Jay Z’s Roc Nation label, who has been managing her since 2010.
Rihanna has remained mum on most details of the album, including the potential for future collaboration with West and McCartney, who released the single “Only One” together earlier this year. For now she seems thrilled with the first visuals from her new project.
"Denim never goes out of style," Rihanna says in the video. "It’s classic. It’s iconic. Just like the f*cking Beatles."
Rihanna teased her new album to ET back in November. Get more details in the video below.
