Looks like Ariana Grande's five-inch heels finally got to her.

The 21-year-old "Love Me Harder" singer had a slip-up during her show at Toronto's Air Canada Centre on Sunday, falling and going down on her knees during her performance of her hit "Bang Bang."

Running in a short black miniskirt, thigh-high socks and high heels, Ariana took a nasty tumble when climbing a short set of stairs -- but her recovery is actually super-impressive.

A source tells ET that Ariana was sick and had a sinus infection, but is fine now. After the show, Ariana thanked her supportive fans on Twitter.

"Thank u Toronto!!!! tonight was such a fun show lol," she wrote. "Y'all made me feel so much better! I love you & thank you so much."

But don't expect the petite, 5'0"-tall Ariana to give up her high heels any time soon.

"Dancing in high heels is kind of tough," she admitted to Glamour magazine in September 2013 about her signature style. "I learn the dances without the heels, and then we add them. We just practice, and I get used to it. My feet hurt really badly at the end of the shows, but it’s fun. While it’s happening it’s fun. I feel tall."
