A new report claims Bey and Jay are collaborating once again, but can it save Tidal?

Can it really be?! A major Beyonce and Jay Z collaboration is reportedly in the works that may keep Tidal subscribers signed on well past their free month subscription.

Fuse host DJ Skee
reported on Wednesday that the power couple is working on a joint album that would drop exclusively on the rapper's streaming music service. Claiming that the album is nearly done, Skee reminded viewers that he's been talking about this project since September.

While it does seem like a big claim to make about Jay and Bey, hip-hop producer Detail has also implied that the duo has been collaborating together. "I'm working with a couple of new projects that I don't want to unveil, and then me and Beyonce and Jay Z are actually doing something together this year," Detail told Billboard back in February. "When you think of Jay and Bey together, you think 'album.' You should already know."

The producer won his first career GRAMMY this year for the pair's duet single "Drunk In Love."

Jay's Tidal is having a slow start despite a business plan that promises exclusives from top tier artists. The streaming site's two major exclusives thus far -- Rihanna's new song/video "American Oxygen" and Beyonce's "Die With You" home video -- were both leaked elsewhere within minutes of being posted.
