After months of playing coy about rumors that she would be headlining a Vegas residency, the "Booty" singer announced her new show during Tuesday's American Idol finale.
She also posted a promo video for her new show on Instagram.
The show, which kicks off Jan. 20, 2016 in Planet Hollywood's AXIS Theater, will be a two-hour extravaganza that features all of J.Lo’s hits, a huge crew of back-up dancers and a live band -- along with all the sexy style and flair the singer is known for.
"I've been preparing for this moment my entire life," Lopez said in a press statement. "The show is going to be a multifaceted high energy Jenny from the Block party, mixing all aspects of what my fans and I love - Dance, Hip Hop, Latin and Pop. It’s going to be the show I’ve always dreamt of creating.”
Lopez has confirmed 20 performance dates between January and June 2016. Tickets range from $59 to $219, and go on sale May 16.
Last year Lopez sat down with ET where she opened up about what pop star she'd rather watch in Vegas: Britney Spears or Mariah Carey. Check out the video below to find out who the singer said she'd pay to see, and her thoughts on headline a future show.
