Nick Jonas to the rescue!

Iggy Azalea canceled her appearance at Pittsburgh Pride earlier this week after coming under fire for being homophobic when some old tweets were unearthed. Now, the 22-year-old Jonas brother will fill in as the headliner for the weekend event.

"When I heard about the difficult position Pittsburgh Pride was in just days before their event, I knew I had to find a way to help," Jonas said in a statement. "I'm excited to do what I can to support the LGBT community in Pittsburgh, and I look forward to seeing you this Saturday as we celebrate together."

Coincidentally, Jonas was to tour with Azalea before she canceled the concerts.

"This has been a difficult decision as I truly support the event and LGBTQIA communities," the "Fancy" rapper said of bowing out of Pittsburgh Pride. "However, I feel my participation at this point would only serve to further distract from the true purpose of the event."
