On Wednesday, Taylor retweeted a video, posted by the advocacy group Autism Speaks, of Jacob playing a medley of songs off her 1989 album on the piano, by heart.

Jacob, who was diagnosed with autism when he was four, is a huge fan of the 25-year-old singer, and his hard work was rewarded when the she sent him a sweet message on Twitter.
