Justin Bieber took fans into the crevices of his heart and the corners of the Earth in the music video for his new song, "I'll Show You," released Monday.
The lamenting track is the third single from Bieber's upcoming album, Purpose. The lyrics reveal a more vulnerable, introspective side to the 21-year-old than we're used to hearing.
"It's like they want me to be perfect // But they don't even know that I'm hurting," Bieber sings over the slow track.
The video features the pop singer sprinting across rolling Icelandic hills and strolling along a scenic cliff.
At the end, we get to see the end result of Bieber's stripped-down icy dip that was posted to Instagram in September. The singer went for a swim in nothing but white Calvin Klein underwear for the video, which is shown in reverse and slow motion.
Purpose is due out Nov. 13.
