Frank Ocean Confirms July Release of Long-Awaited New Album 'Boys Don't Cry'

The wait is finally over!

Frank Ocean's long-awaited album, Boys Don't Cry, is finally upon us! Well, almost.

The 28-year-old singer cleverly announced that his long-awaited third album will be released later this month.

A post to Ocean's website on Saturday showed a "Date Due" slip with stamps of the album's previous expected release dates, going back to July 2015. The last listing shows July 2016, with the specific day smudged out.

Ocean also included a photo of himself with copies of the Boy's Don't Cry magazine.

"I got two versions. I got twoooo versions," he wrote, along with the hashtags, "#ISSUE1," "#ALBUM3," "#JULY2015," "#BOYSDONTCRY."

And just in case there's still any doubt, Ocean's brother, Bryan Breaux, also confirmed the news on Instagram. captioning the same due date slip, "BOYS DON'T CRY #JULY2016."

Boys Don't Cry will be Ocean's third record, following his critically-acclaimed 2012 album, Channel Orange, which earned the singer two Grammy awards, including Best Urban Contemporary Album.
