Are Kat Von D and Jesse James still a tattoo-laden twosome? The sexy skin-sketcher is opening up about rumors that she and Jesse have split.

Breathe a sigh of relief, Von-James fans -- Kat says she and Sandra Bullock's ex are still going strong.

"We're a couple," she tells Joy Behar, adding about reports to the contrary: "I think, you know, 99 percent of all that stuff out there is B.S. to begin with, so you can't really put a lot of validation in it."
