Joel Madden and Nicole Richie were spotted at a Halloween store over the weekend. Also getting into the Halloween spirit was Nicky Hilton, seen leaving her sister Paris' party and Adam Sandler, snapped arriving at Kate Hudson's holiday festivities.

Meanwhile, Sheen was snapped heading to the dentist and former "American Idol" star Katharine McPhee talks "Dancing with the Stars" outside of Katsuya in Hollywood.
