Rep: Bret Michaels Did Not Have an Affair with Miley Cyrus' Mom

A rep for Bret Michaels is shooting down a report that the rocker and "Celebrity Apprentice" champ had an affair with Miley Cyrus' mom, Tish.
"The reports of my client having an affair with Tish are unfounded and a complete fabrication," Michaels' rep tells ET. "He has been a close friend of the family for some time and has worked with Miley. It's unfortunate that the sad breakup of Billy Ray and Tish has to be further tainted with these lies being reported."
Billy Ray filed for divorce from Tish last week.
