Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore returned as presenters for the 2010 Freedom Awards for the second year, but even with the serious subject at hand they didn't lose their sense of humor.

The Free the Slaves' awards ceremony held in Redondo Beach, California on Sunday honored the selfless heroes who liberate victims trapped in modern slavery. Some of these victims are sold in the sex trade.

"We've launched a campaign to spread the message that real men don't buy girls," Ashton proclaimed.

In the middle of their presentation, Demi lost her place, unable to see her lines on the teleprompter.

"I should be wearing my glasses, sorry," said the actress.

As the audience chuckled, Ashton made a quizzical observation: "I love that we act like these prompters don't exist," said the actor. "Like we've got it all memorized."

Free the Slaves is an organization that helps free and rehabilitate slaves around the world while working to eradicate slavery in this generation.
