Just 10 days after her ex-husband Nick Lachey announced his engagement to Vanessa Minnillo, Jessica Simpson has announced she is ready to say "I do" to her beau, free agent NFL player Eric Johnson.
"Yes, she is engaged!" a rep confirmed to ET. While chatting on KIIS FM's On-Air with Ryan Seacrest, Jessica revealed that her holiday plans did involve her new man, saying, "I know [Eric's] family is going to be with us on the float at the [Thanksgiving] Macy's Day Parade."
Jessica and Eric have been dating since May, and were spotted cuddled up to one another in Italy where Jessica celebrated her 30th birthday.
