A New Year's Eve Wedding for Jessica Simpson?

Is Jessica Simpson having a New Year's Eve wedding? Is a baby already on the way? The blonde beauty answers all our questions as she readies for the holiday season with an all-new Christmas album!
Showing us her new, six-figure ruby-and-diamond engagement ring from former NFL star Eric Johnson, Jessica says, "This would definitely go down in history as one of the best holiday presents that there is."
"I'm looking forward to spending the holiday with Eric," she adds. "This will be our first holiday season together, and we get to do it engaged, which is great."
As for the rumors swirling that the pair will tie the knot on New Year's Eve, Jessica responds, "We're not getting married quite yet. None of the rumors are true. We honestly haven't even started talking wedding plans. We're really just celebrating our commitment to each other. We've both been married before, so we want to take it slow and we know that we're going to be committed together forever."
Another rumor is that Jessica is pregnant, fueled by her Monday appearance on "The Early Show," where she got sick backstage right before she went on the air. But Jessica swats that one down too, saying, "I got really, really sick yesterday. I don't know what happened. It could have been what I ate that morning. … I'm doing better today."
She adds, however, "We both want to have a family some day. I'd love to have little Johnsons running around."
Jessica is making the rounds on radio to promote her new Christmas album, Happy Christmas, in stores now, and also performed Tuesday morning on "Live with Regis and Kelly."
"Christmas is my favorite time of year, so it made sense that my next record that I do would be another Christmas record. I want to be able to sing every Christmas song that there is, so this is album No. 2," says Jessica. She adds that her favorite song on the disc is "Merry Christmas Baby," a duet with Willie Nelson.
