Celebs Return to Twitter After Raising $1 Million to Fight AIDS

Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga and Alicia Keys were among a slew of celebs who logged off for a charity campaign called Digital Life Sacrifice, but they're alive again online and tweeting up a storm.

"I am back from the dead! Thank you all so much for your donations and contributions! I have missed u all so much!!!" Kim tweeted. "We raised $1mil to help KCA fight AIDS. Thank you so much and never stop buying life!"

Lady Gaga tweeted a pic of herself "having a little too much fun on tour bus," while Alicia tweeted: "Big Shout to YOU!! ALL THE ARTISTS involved!!! And STEWIE RAH!!! Together we raised $1M to fight AIDS and SAVE REAL LIVES!!!!!!"

Justin Timberlake, Usher, Jennifer Hudson and Elijah Wood were among those who signed off of their social media platforms on Facebook and Twitter until $1 million was raised for Keys' charity Keep a Child Alive.
