Comedian Seth Meyers will provide entertainment for the 2011 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner, having been scheduled to emcee the annual event.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Saturday Night Live"'s head writer will join the ranks of such comics as Jay Leno, Stephen Colbert and Craig Ferguson in poking fun at the President in-person when he takes the stage on April 30 at the Washington D.C. Hilton.

"Seth is very smart, very sharp and a very funny observer of the political scene, and we're looking forward to seeing him on April 30," said WHCA president David Jackson.

The WHCA Dinner is considered the biggest event held for journalists who report on the White House, featuring A-list entertainers and the President of the United States.
