SPOTTED: Fired Lindsay Lohan Accuser Wearing Arm Brace

ET has obtained a new photo of Dawn Holland, who is reportedly the worker who was fired by The Betty Ford Center for giving interviews after accusing Lindsay Lohan of battery. The photo clearly shows that Holland is wearing an arm brace as she steps out in public.
Lindsay is currently being investigated by police after she allegedly got into a fight with Holland at Betty Ford, where she's currently residing.
Holland spoke to press on Tuesday regarding the incident, and the rehab facility tells ET, "Regrettably, on December 21, 2010, one of our employees violated strict confidentiality guidelines and laws by publicly identifying patients in a media interview and by disclosing a privileged document. That employee has been terminated by the Betty Ford Center."
