The Oscar winner's rep confirmed to ET that Reese and Hollywood agent Jim Toth are engaged, saying, "Yes and they are extremely happy..."
Following her split with boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal, Reese reportedly began dating Jim almost one year ago in January 2010, and went public with their romance in March.
Reese was previously married to Ryan Phillippe, but divorced in 2008 after seven years together. They share two kids, Ava and Deacon.
