Courteney Cox 'Admires' David Arquette for Entering Rehab

January 02, 2011Though legally separated since October, troubled actor David Arquette has a comrade in Courteney Cox. Shortly after his rep confirmed with ET that Arquette had sought help, Cox spoke to People about her reaction to the news.
"I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life," the "Cougar Town" star confessed to People. "I love and support him."
The two share daughter Coco, age six. A source would not elaborate to ET about details of Arquette's rehab admission, but did state that it is not drug related.
