David Arquette's rep confirmed to ET on January 2 that the 'Scream' star admitted himself into a rehab facility. Now, video has surfaced of the actor seemingly under the influence of alcohol over Christmas weekend.
Hollywood.TV captured Arquette out on December 26, ranting, slurring his words and running across a busy street.
"I'm a little... I had a couple drinks tonight," said Arquette. "What are you gonna do?"
It has not been confirmed if Arquette is being treated for alcohol abuse.
Arquette's estranged wife Courteney Cox recently told People, "I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life."
Courteney and Arquette separated in October. They have been married 11 years.
