Elizabeth Edwards leaves everything to her three children in her last will and testament, but her estranged husband John Edwards isn't mentioned in the newly released document.

Elizabeth's will is dated December 1 -- she died six days later -- and in it she leaves to her children Catharine, Emma Claire and Jack, "all of my furniture, furnishings, household goods, jewelry, china, silverware and personal effects and any automobiles owned by me," CNN reports. Catharine is also appointed executor of Elizabeth's estate.

Elizabeth passed away at home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina last December after a long battle with breast cancer. She was 61.
