Ted Williams -- the homeless man with the "Golden Voice" -- is on cloud nine after becoming an overnight sensation, but Dr. Phil is about to bring him back down to earth!

ET's Kevin Frazier was with Ted when he landed in Los Angeles, literally going from homeless to Hollywood -- where he was given the star treatment, including a limo ride from the airport.

As one of TV's top docs, Dr. Phil worries about the pressures Ted faces in the national spotlight. "Will his newfound fame and fortune lead him back to the devastation of the life he once had?" he asks. "What will he do with his second chance?" Right now, Ted is at the height of fame. "That 15 minutes is going to come to an end," Dr. Phil says.

"Tell me what you're thinking right now," he asks Ted upon their meeting. "I don't know what to think," Ted says. "This is crazy, this is wild, this is exciting; it's a blessing."

"This is a dangerous time for Ted in my opinion," Dr. Phil explains. "He's going from a street corner to a roller-coaster that's just at breakneck speed. For an addict, that can be a very dangerous time."

Ultimately, he believes Ted can do the right thing and offers his treatment advice -- a sobriety challenge. "I'd like to see him do 90 meetings in 90 days," he says.

Ted is quick to agree. "90 meetings in 90 days I can do," he says. He also praises the talk show host, adding, "Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm getting on my knees tonight and I'm going to say 'Lord, thank you for everything that I've been through, but most important thank you for connecting me with someone who can truly help me.' Thank you."

Last week, ET reunited Ted with his estranged children, who say they believe he can stay clean and plan to be by his side to support him.
