Porn king Steven Hirsch of Vivid Entertainment says he attempted to help Nadya Suleman avoid eviction by paying off her mortgage, but the single mother of 14 children declined his offer.

Suleman still owes the owner of the home -- located in La Habra, CA -- $450,000 in a balloon payment, the Associated Press reports. The homeowner is considering suing Suleman to evict her from the property.

Suleman's lawyer Jeff Czech tells AP that she wants nothing to do with adult entertainment company Vivid, which had attempted to establish a business relationship with Suleman and reportedly wanted to put her in an adult film.

Suleman recently appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" to offer an inside look into her life as a single mother of 14 children, calling her decision to have so many kids "selfish."
