Despite a tidal wave of stories about Charlie Sheen and his home escapades from last week, the actor and his cohorts are free and clear from the long arm of the law so far.
The Los Angeles Police Department tells ET, "As of right now, there are no charges." Specifically, the cops confirm there are no drug possession charges, or charges of any other nature at this time.
Kacey Jordan, an adult film star who claims she spent the night with Sheen on the eve before he was hospitalized, sat with “Good Morning America” to tell her wild travails with Sheen. Jordan told the ABC program that she watched the "Two and a Half Men" star smoke chunks of cocaine, "[hitting] his pipe every two to five minutes all night."
By many accounts, Sheen is cooling his heels in his Beverly Hills mansion in what has been characterized as a form of home rehab. Officially, Sheen’s rep has only said, "In compliance with the national health privacy laws (HIPPA), no further information relating to Charlie Sheen's health or his rehab experience will be released without his written permission. I can say that all of us who know Charlie care about him very much. We will support him in any we can in this journey, beginning by respecting his privacy."
